What you will do

• Operate cameras and manage framing in both studio and on-location environments.
• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere with a specific focus on multicam workflows.
• Set up and manage technical audio and lighting for recordings and live productions.
• Support the full production lifecycle, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the integration of AI tools to improve production workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in video production, directing, or working within a video crew.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, specifically with multicam workflows.
• Strong skills in camera operation, framing, audio management, and lighting equipment.
• Foundational knowledge of podcast and live broadcast production.
• Comfort with regular travel (approximately 3–6 trips per year) to St. Louis or other locations.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative communication skills.
