What you will do

• Lead and mentor a video team of 6, conducting 1-on-1s and fostering professional growth.
• Review and optimize video assets (drafts, animatics, final cuts) for technical and creative quality.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of YouTube advertising assets, optimizing for CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PPC, Copywriters, Designers, and Product teams to align messaging.
• Operate as a hands-on video generalist for high-impact project segments.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate production processes and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading video teams in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
• Hands-on expertise in animation, video editing, and creating high-impact hooks for YouTube.
• Deep understanding of digital performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
• Ability to translate performance data into clear creative directions and advertising strategies.
• Experience building scalable video pipelines and managing full ad creation cycles.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills for team development.
