What you will do

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for paid and organic social media, digital campaigns, and internal communications.
• Direct shoots and coach contributors or talent on camera to ensure impactful storytelling.
• Adapt creative concepts for specific platforms like YouTube, Meta, and TikTok, adjusting pacing and formats accordingly.
• Perform post-production tasks including motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and voiceover integration.
• Maintain high production standards for lighting, framing, and audio across all projects.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance editing workflows, ideation, and production efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio of commercial or brand content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience in location filming, including camera operation, lighting, and professional audio capture.
• Strong understanding of platform-native creative requirements for social media channels.
• Ability to travel to various office locations and external shoot sites.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in London (40% office attendance).
