What you will do

• Lead and mentor a global team of internal video producers and freelance editors.
• Oversee full lifecycle production for 40+ weekly episodes and 60+ social clips across North America and Europe.
• Develop and execute distribution strategies for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and internal platforms.
• Manage budgeting, stakeholder alignment, and complex sponsorship integrations without sacrificing editorial integrity.
• Own creative direction and operational execution for marquee tent-pole events such as the Super Bowl and NBA Finals.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging video technologies, AI tools, and data visualization software into daily workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in video or social content creation for a sports network, digital media brand, or agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Basic field filming skills to execute pilots and guide the production team.
• Deep subject matter expertise in social platform algorithms and content formats (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
• Uncompromising journalistic standards and strong editorial judgment.
