What you will do

• Create high-quality AI images, animations, and video clips using tools like Midjourney, Sora, and RunwayML.
• Develop and optimize pipelines for fast, high-quality asset generation.
• Edit and assemble AI-generated content into polished final videos for lessons.
• Design scalable visual and interactive patterns aligned with the AI tutor's capabilities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to turn lesson outlines into engaging educational activities.

Requirements

• Full-time contractor availability (at least 30 hours/week).
• Expertise in AI generation tools (Midjourney, Sora, Veo, RunwayML, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
• Strong design sensibility and a portfolio demonstrating the ability to create compelling visuals.
• Proven experience building specific AI-driven workflows or pipelines.
• Ability to thrive in zero-to-one environments and iterate quickly based on product feedback.
• Self-directed and collaborative approach to taking objectives from concept to execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with traditional video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
• Background in math, early literacy, ESL, or bilingual education.
• Track record of content creation for children's media or social platforms.
• Familiarity with instructional design or child development principles.
