Sr Account Manager - Service/Repair (Elevators)

What you will do

• Secure and maintain service accounts and repair work to meet annual revenue goals.
• Manage relationships with Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the assigned territory.
• Develop long-term capital plans and prepare service contract bids for customers.
• Estimate labor and material costs for repair job proposals using specialized software.
• Utilize CRM tools to update and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with operations, contract administration, and legal teams to negotiate Scopes of Work (SOW).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1-2 years of related sales experience, preferably in the elevator industry.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in the elevator sector.
• Must be located in Richmond, VA.
