What you will do

• Embed within strategic customers' engineering teams as a long-term technical partner to build and deploy production solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy production-ready code and configurations directly into customer infrastructure.
• Own the technical success of strategic accounts across the entire hirify.global product portfolio.
• Integrate into customer engineering rituals, including daily standups, design reviews, and real-time incident response.
• Surface real-world product gaps and edge cases to influence the hirify.global developer platform roadmap.
• Maintain trusted technical relationships with senior leadership, including Staff+ engineers, Directors, and VPs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of delivering production-grade systems.
• Proven experience owning mission-critical services and managing architectural rigor for high uptime.
• Broad technical fluency across the full stack, including frontend performance, backend logic, and distributed infrastructure.
• Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in zero-to-one environments and translate technical trade-offs into business impact.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, US.

• Direct experience building on hirify.global Workers or the broader hirify.global Developer Platform.
• Previous experience in fast-paced startups or customer-facing engineering roles.
