What you will do

• Manage end-to-end global paid search strategy for brand and non-brand campaigns.
• Optimize keyword strategy, audience targeting, and bidding to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Control the global paid search budget and allocate spend based on incremental return.
• Develop and execute a structured experimentation roadmap for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Analytics, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align GTM priorities.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in paid search or performance marketing.
• Expertise in Google Ads and Bing, including automation and bidding strategies.
• Proven track record of scaling search programs tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience managing large budgets with strict ROI accountability.
• Ability to leverage attribution, incrementality, and funnel metrics.
• Must be based in the United States.
