What you will do

• Manage high-volume, high-impact technical searches across engineering, product, and design roles.
• Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies using data from Greenhouse, Gem, and Looker.
• Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to facilitate hiring initiatives.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
• Drive operational process improvements and act as a change agent within the TA team.
• Mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Proven track record of hiring for software engineering, product management, and design roles.
• Strong proficiency in using recruitment metrics and data to drive strategic decisions.
• Experience independently partnering with and influencing executive leadership.
• Strong interest in technology and engineering domains.
• Must be based in New York City for this hybrid position.
