What you will do

• Lead complex software development and integration projects across the enterprise.
• Design, develop, and implement mission-critical applications and software package integrations.
• Create detailed technical designs, effort estimates, and comprehensive SDLC deliverables.
• Serve as a Technical Lead, providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
• Drive process improvements and modernization of existing application architectures.
• Collaborate closely with business partners, external vendors, and cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder; no visa sponsorship available.
• Hands-on, production-level experience with AWS Connect (Hard Requirement).
• 10+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Design, and Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience leading complex application development projects from inception to production.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS CDK and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with React for frontend components.
• Experience implementing Agentic AI solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Git and GitHub CI/CD pipelines.
