What you will do

• Lead and drive Performance Excellence clinical outcomes across a portfolio of contracts.
• Coordinate with national strategy leadership to drive shared savings aligned with the Annual Operating Plan.
• Own clinical strategy goals and deploy resources including clinical extenders and coaching.
• Champion value-based care performance and optimize clinical workflows within partner practices.
• Serve as a thought partner to the Market President and act as ACO Medical Director.
• Collaborate on strategic workgroups to enhance national clinical resources and initiatives.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO) and Board Certification in a primary care specialty.
• Residency in an adult primary care specialty (e.g., family medicine, general internal medicine).
• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience as a medical director or clinical strategy lead working with hospitals and health systems.
• 2+ years of direct clinical patient care experience.
• Ability to bridge high-level strategy with tactical execution to deliver market results.

• Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
• Strong organizational, project management, and team-building skills.
• Advanced computer skills and willingness to adopt new software applications.
