What you will do

• Lead the vision and evolution of clinical and digital care management offerings as a subject matter expert.
• Utilize market data and patient analytics to spearhead new approaches to effective clinical delivery services.
• Provide physician leadership in creating comprehensive research packages and cultivating external partnerships.
• Support the Growth team by serving as a clinical expert during prospective client meetings and sales opportunities.
• Build and expand client relationships to uncover pain points and support upsell opportunities.
• Monitor performance of launched clinical programs and support continuous improvement within the specialty area.

Requirements

• Completed US-based residency program (Internal Medicine or Family Practice preferred).
• Board certification as an MD or DO with a current unrestricted state license to practice medicine.
• 5+ years of clinical practice beyond residency/fellowship.
• 5+ years of experience in managed care or clinical strategy at a health plan, healthtech, or consulting firm.
• Experience designing innovative clinical programs and interventions that drive value for payers.
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with partners and clients.
