What you will do

• Lead the delivery of production-grade data and AI systems and reference architectures for strategic customers.
• Design and implement end-to-end pipelines, custom applications, and ML/AI model integrations.
• Guide customers on architecture and design to ensure successful adoption of the Databricks platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to provide implementation feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Embed with customer teams and stakeholders to deeply understand challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Develop reusable accelerators and frameworks to scale impact across multiple accounts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep experience with Apache Spark and its runtime internals.
• Knowledge of MLOps, AI APIs, and CI/CD for production deployments.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with eligibility for a U.S. government secret clearance.
