Salary: $68,880 – $120,048 (depending on location)

What you will do

• Design basic engineering systems and perform calculations in collaboration with experienced design staff.
• Prepare system layouts, detailed drawings, and technical schematics.
• Review shop drawings to ensure conformance with plans and specifications.
• Support business development activities and participate in industry events to maintain professional relationships.
• Coordinate with clients and architects to develop requirements and scope of work.
• Visit job sites to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or architectural engineering with 1 year of experience, OR a high school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Basic proficiency in A&E industry codes, design guides, and standards.
• Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (10-15%).

Nice to have

• Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
• Certifications such as BEMP, CPD, CDP, NICET, or RCDD.
