What you will do

• Lead Price-to-Win (PTW) analyses for strategic federal opportunities, evaluating budgets, acquisition strategies, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop pricing scenarios and recommendations balancing win probability, profitability, and execution risk.
• Partner with capture and operational teams to evaluate Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and staffing approaches.
• Conduct deep market research on competitors, incumbent performance, and federal spending trends.
• Support bid/no-bid decisions and track pricing performance metrics like margin attainment and pWin indicators.
• Standardize pricing tools, templates, and governance to improve consistency and analytical rigor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 10+ years of federal government contracting experience, with at least 5 years in pricing strategy or PTW.
• Proven success leading PTW analyses for DoD and Federal Civilian opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and various contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ).
• Advanced financial modeling and decision-support capabilities.
• Proficiency with federal intelligence platforms (GovWin IQ, GovTribe, BGOV, SAM.gov).

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM and capture management platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Qvidian.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI for executive reporting and dashboards.
