What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize existing ad products and create new innovations for Peacock.
• Manage client beta testing, including timelines, creative mocks, and the overall execution and launch process.
• Collaborate with Data and Insights teams to measure performance and find ways to improve ad products.
• Streamline the activation process for new ad products to increase efficiency.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from clients and internal teams to ensure advertiser needs are met.
• Participate in strategy discussions to convert high-level ideas into clear action plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in advertising, advertising technology, or media.
• Strong grasp of the rapidly changing ad tech landscape with a product-minded mindset.
• Ability to lead projects to completion while collaborating with designers, product managers, and marketers.
• Ability to communicate the results of dense data analyses clearly and effectively.
• Experience with feature delivery and managing product tradeoffs.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office at least 4 days per week.
