What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end product development process for brands across categories such as toys, F&B, apparel, and health & beauty.
• Oversee the critical path from initial concept through to mass production, ensuring all timelines are met.
• Collaborate with client leads and commercial teams to develop and launch successful products and marketing campaigns.
• Act as a Brand Guardian, managing style guides and asset distribution to ensure all products align with brand guidelines.
• Facilitate product approvals between licensors and licensees using specialized platforms and diplomatic communication.
• Maintain product development trackers, status reports, and contribute to brand QBRs and presentations.

Requirements

• Experience in product development and licensing approvals, preferably within the consumer products sector.
• Strong knowledge of product development timelines across various consumer categories.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in New York.

Nice to have

• Skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of product approval platforms (e.g., Brand Comply).
