What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow the Employer Markets business.
• Drive a consultative sales process from prospecting through close.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach.
• Articulate the value proposition of employer-focused solutions to prospective clients.
• Partner with brokers, consultants, and decision-makers to optimize health plan performance.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to develop winning sales strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding.

Requirements

• Must be US based and able to comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
• Experience selling complex healthcare or employer benefits solutions.
• Proven track record of partnering with brokers, consultants, or benefit advisors.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events.
• Proficiency in managing pipeline activity and forecasting within a CRM.
