Project Coordinator (Data Centers)

Project Coordinator (Data Centers): Supporting the execution of new construction data center projects with an accent on operational resource management, scheduling, and project documentation. Location: Must be based in Dallas or Lubbock, TX. Hybrid role requiring presence at construction job sites and the local district office.

Salary: $25.72 - $42.44 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide execution assistance to the project team through status reports, meeting coordination, and site visits.
• Manage project plan updates, version control, and communication with stakeholders.
• Assist in generating and monitoring project schedules, tasks, estimates, and milestones.
• Track project issues and provide timely status updates to business lines.
• Create and maintain accurate project documentation and files to ensure integrity.
• Assist in creating and monitoring detailed project forecasts.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas or Lubbock, TX.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience in HVAC products, services, or turnkey projects.
• PMI Certification.
• Inside sales experience in the HVAC industry.
