What you will do

• Support construction project managers with reporting, scheduling, cost forecasting, and contract management.
• Lead construction documentation management for project tax equity and debt funding transactions.
• Implement project execution and document control processes across portfolios.
• Create project reports and track construction team KPIs.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, procurement documentation, and contractor RFPs.
• Manage internal form submissions for new construction vendors and execute contract signatures.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Experience supporting construction project managers with execution and documentation.
• Experience supporting PV solar project tax equity and debt funding transactions.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, Quickbase, Box, Trello, and MS Teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in solar and battery storage construction, the electric industry, or power plants.
• PMI CAPM certification.
