Director, Operational Efficiency & Technology Innovation (AI)

What you will do

• Drive the evaluation, development, and implementation of AI, machine learning, and automation to enhance service delivery and innovation.
• Optimize processes to achieve cost savings, increased speed to delivery, and scalable operations.
• Establish AI governance, risk management frameworks, and validation approaches in partnership with Quality, Regulatory, and IT leaders.
• Lead cross-functional AI adoption and change management initiatives across multidisciplinary teams including Biometrics and Pharmacovigilance.
• Represent the company in industry consortiums, scientific conferences, and strategic technology partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology innovation, operational excellence, or digital transformation.
• Significant hands-on experience implementing AI strategies, AI agents, and ML solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation technologies and their practical business applications.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare industries is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated managerial and leadership experience with a track record of driving organizational change.
