Director, AI Enablement Engineer, Technology

Location: London, United Kingdom; normal office environment with some scope for flexible working. You must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

hirify.global is a relationship-oriented bank whose Capital Markets Technology organization develops software and platforms supporting trading activities, derivatives risk, data science, machine learning, and front-end systems.

What you will do

• Partner with Capital Markets users to identify, prioritize, and implement high-value AI and automation use cases.
• Help teams apply the agentic AI platform to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and support business decision-making.
• Design AI-enabled processes for workflow automation, knowledge retrieval, research, reporting, and operational tasks.
• Promote best practices in prompt and context engineering, responsible AI, evaluation, governance, and human oversight.
• Coach users, facilitate workshops and office hours, and build AI fluency across teams.
• Create playbooks, training content, user guidance, examples, and enablement resources for adoption at scale.

Requirements

• Experience supporting adoption of AI, automation, analytics, or digital platforms in a business environment.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, agentic workflows, tool-using agents, retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise knowledge retrieval, evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor technical and non-technical users and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Experience in Capital Markets, financial services, or another highly regulated environment.
• Legal eligibility to work in the London location and a valid work or study permit where applicable are required.

Nice to have

• Experience creating training materials, playbooks, user guides, or enablement programs.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, knowledge management, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Exposure to enterprise AI platforms, agent frameworks, or business process automation tools.
• Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and risk considerations.
