What you will do

• Partner with product, clinical, and cross-functional teams to transform vision into shipped products.
• Own end-to-end architecture and technical direction for new member- and care team-facing experiences.
• Apply broad technical judgment and use AI-assisted tools to evaluate tradeoffs and guide delivery.
• Set the quality bar by ensuring clean, well-tested, and scalable code.
• Lead and multiply the team through mentorship and removing technical ambiguity.
• Define 6–12 month technical direction and identify high-value roadmap opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience writing readable, tested, and efficient code.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby or Python and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and secure APIs.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI best practices, and AI-assisted development workflows.
