What you will do

• Manage daily Control Room operations and coordinate the work of Computer Operators.
• Troubleshoot technical problems to ensure continuous system up-time and high operational efficiency.
• Develop and revise operational procedures and control mechanisms to reduce errors and improve productivity.
• Interface daily with customers and vendors to maintain system stability.
• Monitor data security and quality assurance, verifying that test processes for software and hardware changes are performed correctly.
• Manage the configuration and delivery process of software coding, including games, parameters, and odds.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Understanding of lottery operations, including POS systems, retailer network management, and prize payouts.
• Technical knowledge of operating system utilities used to diagnose hardware and software failures.
