Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of data center technicians and inventory controllers.
• Define and manage project scope, budgets, and timelines for hardware refreshes and capacity expansions.
• Maintain and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans to ensure system availability.
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, hardware lifecycle management, and vendor SLA governance.
• Track and report operational KPIs such as uptime, PUE, and capacity utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in data center operations, IT, or infrastructure management.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role overseeing technical teams.
• Proven track record managing projects and vendor relationships in mission-critical environments.
• Ability to work on-site in data center environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for occasional after-hours, weekend, or on-call support.

Nice to have

• PMP certification
