Salary: $147,200 – $196,880

What you will do

• Develop client-focused solutions for strategy, operations, and management across various functional areas.
• Perform engagement management including performance reviews, task delegation, and project scheduling.
• Analyze and design effective solutions for complex client issues and remediate gaps.
• Manage business development activities, proposals, and thought leadership materials.
• Lead and mentor staff on projects, assessing performance and providing coaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with client management to gather information and perform services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting role serving cross-industry clients or a relative Finance function role.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative analysis and business case development.
• Proficiency in process analysis, Reporting & BI, and Data Analysis.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
