What you will do

• Build and deliver clear, impactful email campaigns and sequences using Dot Digital.
• Manage and track the progress of email development, coordinating with Fundraising and Marketing teams.
• Own and maintain a detailed email calendar to ensure correct content reaches the right audience on time.
• Analyze and report on a range of email metrics to optimize performance.
• Curate and decide on appropriate content for the charity-wide Newsletter.

Requirements

• Experience using an email creation system (e.g., Dot Digital) or a CMS (e.g., Wordpress).
• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in copywriting aligned with specific brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in content checking.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybridly from Salford, UK.
