What you will do

• Maintain and develop concert and festival websites and mobile applications.
• Proof event builds in the CMS and perform quality assurance for new show announcements and onsales.
• Verify ticket links for presales and onsales across all platforms.
• Generate weekly performance, content, and purchase reports.
• Line manage and mentor the Digital Marketing Assistant.
• Coordinate general website and app maintenance projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Farringdon office in London
• Proven experience using content management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional administrative skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings when necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Analytics.
