What you will do

• Define and execute the global BI strategy, shifting the organization from reactive reporting to a proactive "intelligence-first" mindset.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Product to align the BI roadmap with global goals.
• Oversee the evolution of the modern cloud data stack, ensuring high-performance querying, scalability, and reliability.
• Unify enterprise data models to eliminate silos and establish a single, governed "Source of Truth."
• Lead and mentor a global team of engineers and analysts through platform migrations and tool modernizations.
• Champion the integration of AI and advanced analytics to automate insights and enhance forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading global BI functions within technology companies.
• Deep technical understanding of modern data stacks, specifically Databricks.
• Experience leading distributed teams through organizational change and platform migrations.
• Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Must be based in Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-driven automation and predictive analytics within a BI function.
• Familiarity with the digital insights, market research, or programmatic space.
