What you will do

• Lead operational readiness initiatives for new products, services, and strategic enhancements.
• Evaluate operational impacts and develop strategies to support successful go-to-market and adoption.
• Translate technical and business requirements into scalable operational workflows and readiness plans.
• Coordinate end-to-end alignment across Product, Engineering, Integration, and Client Success teams.
• Identify and resolve operational risks and dependencies to ensure organizational preparedness.
• Develop and refine operational frameworks, playbooks, and standardized metrics to measure effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational excellence, readiness, or technical operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience partnering cross-functionally with Product and Engineering in a SaaS environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience translating technical requirements into scalable operational processes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Agile or Kanban environments using Jira or Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology, payment integrity, or payer operations.
• Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools for workflow automation or reporting.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
• Familiarity with dashboard development and executive reporting.
