What you will do

• Coordinate insurance policy administration, including endorsements, renewals, and general maintenance.
• Manage the issuance of certificates of insurance and auto ID cards, ensuring compliance notices are current.
• Collect, review, and report claims from internal business units to third-party administrators.
• Process insurance-related invoices and collaborate with brokers, vendors, and the Accounts Payable team.
• Serve as the administrator and superuser of the Risk Management Information System (RMIS) to automate workflows.
• Prepare internal risk reports and dashboards to enhance visibility for leadership and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in risk management, insurance, compliance, or corporate operations.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, structures, and administrative processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and experience with RMIS platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills to explain technical risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in a corporate risk/insurance department or as an insurance broker.
• Familiarity with automated risk workflows and exposure data management practices.
• Knowledge of insurance compliance requirements for multi-state operations.
