Salary: $116,080 – $159,610 (plus 25% incentive).

What you will do

• Lead actuarial analyses for reserving, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Evaluate new business opportunities and strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.
• Monitor emerging risks and industry trends to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with Underwriting, Legal, and Executive teams to support informed decision-making.
• Develop and govern actuarial models and methodologies to enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Mentor and develop actuarial talent while fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• ACAS required; FCAS preferred.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible actuarial experience.
• Significant commercial lines reserving expertise.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Must have US Work Authorization; no sponsorship available.
