Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 CAD

What you will do

• Collaborate with business leads to shape strategy and tactics using data-driven insights.
• Lead a team of analysts in delivering high-impact reporting, forecasting, and campaign evaluation.
• Manage external vendors and consultants to scale analytics capacity and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain scalable measurement frameworks and self-service visualization tools.
• Oversee data governance, quality controls, and documentation to mitigate operational risks.
• Integrate emerging trends and AI-enabled capabilities into analyst workflows.

Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business and Marketing Analytics.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Solid experience with SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of digital tracking frameworks, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience managing external suppliers and consultant relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience with charity lottery analytics.
• Experience with sales pipeline analytics.
• Understanding of donor experience and customer file segmentation.
