What you will do

• Conduct individual and group alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions.
• Develop and revise comprehensive patient treatment plans.
• Perform intake and readmission services for new and returning patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in staff training and community outreach activities.

Requirements

• Masters degree in a related Human Services field required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Mobile, AL.
• Knowledge of substance abuse treatment and human behavior.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professional judgment.
• Strong decision-making skills in stressful situations.
• Compliance with all federal and state licensure/certification regulations.
