What you will do

• Manage client crises using evidence-based interventions, including brief risk assessments and de-escalation.
• Connect clients to ideal treatment and facilities based on specific needs and preferences using proprietary software.
• Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients.
• Provide critical phone and email support to ensure client safety and access to care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent (or a Bachelor's degree in nursing/RN).
• Independent clinical licensure required (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC) or an active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in psychiatric intake, assessment, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of post-license experience.
• Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations, such as suicidality and mandated reporting.
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking proficiency.
• Experience in EAP or clinical call center environments.
