Salary: $84–$94 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead the vision and evolution of clinical and digital care management offerings in Speech Pathology.
• Utilize market data and patient analytics to spearhead new approaches to clinical delivery services.
• Collaborate with Growth and Client Experience teams to uncover client pain points and support sales opportunities.
• Provide strategic leadership in utilization management and medical policy programs.
• Cultivate external partnerships and vendor relationships to strengthen clinical offerings.
• Monitor performance of launched clinical programs and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must have completed a US-based Speech Language Pathology training program.
• Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Must possess active state licensure.
• 5+ years of clinical practice beyond clinical fellowship.
• 5+ years of experience in managed care, clinical strategy, or payer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to design innovative clinical programs and influence key clients.
