What you will do

• Conduct regular drug abuse case management sessions and orient patients to program procedures.
• Collect and assess social, educational, and vocational information to develop patient treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with community providers and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Provide crisis intervention and maintain accurate inter-agency documentation.
• Participate in community outreach and public relations activities.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Paducah, KY.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment methods and current trends in opioid maintenance.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and work with diverse patient populations.
• Compliance with federal and state certification and licensure regulations.

• Pursuing licensure as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC).
