Vice President, ICHRA Digital Product & Experience (Healthcare)

Location: Remote anywhere in the Continental United States

Salary: $188,900–$359,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end ICHRA product strategy, roadmap, and capability development.
• Develop employer, broker, administrator, and member products and experiences.
• Translate customer and market insights into scalable digital, service, and operational solutions.
• Partner with technology, operations, business leaders, and external stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement across digital and service channels to improve engagement, satisfaction, retention, and business performance.
• Monitor business metrics and translate strategic objectives into measurable operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, business operations, customer experience, strategy, or related disciplines.
• Experience in strategic management.
• Equivalent applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skills may be considered.
