What you will do

• Partner with development teams to deliver new advertising sales applications.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to post-production enhancements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, GANTT charts, and user stories.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including SCRUM meetings, stand-ups, and IPMs.
• Assess project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant application delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience as a Project Manager, BA, or Engineer.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of the media entertainment industry and AdSales.
• Experience working in story and task-tracking tools for Agile workflows.
• Ability to transition easily between high-level strategy and day-to-day implementation.
• Must be willing to provide support during non-business hours as needed.

Nice to have

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• Experience working in large, multifaceted, and matrixed organizations.
• Ability to translate business process needs into clear technical requirements.
