What you will do

• Own a defined product area within the AdTech platform and prioritize the roadmap.
• Translate business and technical needs into clear product requirements.
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in campaign workflows, pricing, and delivery.
• Partner with AdOps, Sales, and Engineering to drive measurable improvements.
• Define and monitor success metrics to guide product iteration and experimentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience working on platforms, systems, or workflow-heavy products.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into product priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience using data to inform product decisions and prioritization.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with digital advertising ecosystems like programmatic, SSPs, or DSPs.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare, pharma, or finance.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
