Salary: $79,800 – $139,080 (varies by location)

What you will do

• Perform calculations and design basic to advanced electrical engineering systems independently.
• Prepare detailed system layouts, drawings, and schematics using Revit and Bluebeam Revu.
• Review shop drawings for conformance to project plans and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced designers.
• Coordinate with project teams, architects, and clients to ensure project quality and scope alignment.
• Visit job sites to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or architectural) with 6+ years of experience, or 8+ years with a high school diploma.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Advanced knowledge of A&E industry codes, design guides, and standards.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to function in a highly collaborative team.

Nice to have

• Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
• Professional certifications such as BEMP, CPD, CDP, NICET, or RCDD.
