What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of the procurement SaaS product and its public sector use cases.
• Lead regular customer meetings with executives, project managers, and key stakeholders.
• Design and execute customer success plans to maximize product value and achieve desired outcomes.
• Monitor customer health indicators and facilitate churn mitigation strategies.
• Analyze usage patterns to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or customer support.
• Proven track record of developing and executing customer experience strategies.
• Experience in project management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work from the Atlanta, GA office 3 days per week.
