What you will do

• Support the product lifecycle for Global Procurement platform products from discovery to delivery.
• Champion a customer-first philosophy to improve end-to-end procurement journeys for internal users and suppliers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP Ariba, driving enhancements to workflows and system integrations.
• Define functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Integrate AI and machine learning tools to streamline procurement processes and predictive analytics.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage product backlogs prioritized by business value.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience in enterprise procurement or operational domains.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or comparable Source to Pay platforms (e.g., Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud).
• Proven focus on customer experience design and journey mapping in an enterprise context.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fieldglass.
• Experience applying AI/ML to procurement optimization.
• Background in supplier relationship management or vendor risk management.
