What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders and developers to gather, analyze, and document customer requirements.
• Facilitate elicitation activities including interviews, workshops, and review sessions.
• Analyze business processes, document as-is/to-be workflows, and perform gap analysis.
• Translate business needs into detailed, testable requirements for Agile planning.
• Manage Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) to link business goals to user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners during backlog refinement to ensure accuracy of acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in requirements or business analysis (or 8 years without a degree).
• Working knowledge of SDLC and requirements management principles.
• Experience with RTMs, business process workflows, use cases, and Agile backlogs.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and requirements management tools.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Scrum roles like Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• Experience supporting modernization initiatives in government or large enterprises.
• Knowledge of performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Experience working with the Defense Health Agency (DHA).
