What you will do

• Manage employee relations and advise on best practices to cultivate a high-performing environment.
• Collaborate on programs that promote employee engagement and retention.
• Act as a consultant to managers regarding HR policies, interpretation, and application.
• Partner with Senior HRBPs to support local teams and guide performance management processes.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Support HR projects and programs aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and organizational development.
• Must be able to work onsite in the Raleigh, NC office.
• Proficiency with HR systems (Workday preferred), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive matters.
