What you will do

• Own protocol growth partnerships with core venues such as Phoenix, Kamino, and Jupiter to drive integrations and joint go-to-market strategies.
• Drive institutional DeFi adoption by bringing asset issuers, market makers, and allocators onto Solana.
• Design and execute liquidity and incentive programs, modeling payout-to-outcome relationships.
• Manage trader relations with large regional desks, including prop shops, HFT, and OTC firms.
• Expand the Americas retail base and volume through targeted funnels and campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across legal, finance, product, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Deep DeFi fluency, including perps microstructure, lending risk parameters, and CLMM/vault mechanics.
• Proven track record of driving TVL, volume, or adoption at a protocol, exchange, or fund.
• Institutional credibility and experience closing deals with allocators and market makers.
• Must be a global operator based in the US.
• Experience owning protocol relationships as a primary professional surface.
• Operator mindset with a focus on shipping and execution.
