Salary: $21 - $22 per hour

• Participate in extensive in-house training to master the product suite and business model.

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation and disposition.
• Interest in technology and demonstrated logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with web-based and mobile applications, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with phone-based support.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
