What you will do

• Lead and support month-end close, forecasting, and planning activities for revenue and expenses.
• Conduct financial and business analysis to identify trends, explain performance drivers, and provide growth recommendations.
• Partner with Commercial leaders and Finance Business Partners to align financial plans with business goals.
• Lead process improvement initiatives by leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or commercial finance.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, and business case development.
• Technical skills in PowerBI, One Stream, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced English proficiency required to support North American operations.
