Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst

What you will do

• Support monthly and quarterly FP&A reporting, forecasting, and financial results analysis.
• Review contracts and KPIs, identify revenue drivers and risks, and support accurate revenue recognition.
• Partner with Sales, Billing, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders on invoicing and revenue processes.
• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation and Outlook, Actuals, and Flash analysis.
• Prepare complex financial reports and projections, analyze Q/Q and Y/Y trends, and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Evaluate reporting processes and implement opportunities for improvement and streamlining.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Organizational Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, or business operations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including strong proficiency in Power Query.
• Experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
