What you will do

• Execute go-to-market strategies to establish Monad as an industry leader in South Korea.
• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic deals with Korean enterprises and institutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with regional exchanges, media, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor the evolving South Korean regulatory landscape to identify high-impact opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of business development experience, including 3+ years in blockchain or Web3.
• Deep understanding of the South Korean market and extensive experience engaging large enterprises.
• Proven ability to engage both retail and institutional investors.
• Robust network across regional institutions, enterprises, and web3 companies.
• Native-level fluency in both Korean and English.
• Must be based in South Korea.
